we are in construction business since past 30 years giving our services to central government department. our business house comprises of hindu undivided joint family. we are specialized in rehabilitation of structures mainly bridges and tunnels for the Railways and command higly respectable position with the government. we also deal in supply of quality raw and finished material for the safe and smooth running of the Railways. At present we are executing the rehabilitaion of structure in two zone, central and West central zone of the Railways.
Our rehabilitation work invovle strenthening of old destressed bridges with Interning of wide span arches and jacketing of piers and abutments without disrupting the running traffic over the bridges. Its saves huge finance and time by avoiding diversion of traffic and disruption to flow of traffic. This process of rehabilitation gives a new life span to the bridges.
While the tunnels have problem of stone weathering, developing cracks and loose stones inside the tunnels falling on the track, which is hazardous and resulting in serious accidents. We rehabilitate such tunnels by rock bolting of loose rocks and shotcreting and providing RCC lining to the inner surfaces. The deep cutting surfaces on the approaches of the tunnels are stabalized by wire netting and Gabions boxes.
We are recongised as most reliable agency for restoring of traffic in within hours, under urgency during an accident, by reconstructing the damaged bridge structure using fast setting high strength epoxy modified mortar masonary. Epoxy grouting meathod has been used in urgency by us to restore normal traffic flow in numerous case of arch distressment due to failure of key stone of the arch. We have a team of highly experienced technical personels for rehabilitation of corroded PSC members by applying anticorrosive film, rebars and epoxy polymodified mortar.
